§ TN.431.145. EXECUTION AND VERIFICATION OF ARTICLES OF AMENDMENT

EXECUTION AND VERIFICATION OF ARTICLES OF AMENDMENT. (a) Articles of amendment adopted by the board shall be executed by: (1) the president or vice-president of the corporation; and (2) the secretary or assistant secretary of the corporation. (b) Articles of amendment adopted by the commission shall be executed by: (1) the presiding officer of the commission; and (2) the secretary or clerk of the commission. (c) One of the officers signing the articles shall verify each of the articles of amendment. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
