§ TN.397.006. GATE REQUIRED

GATE REQUIRED. (a) Each opening in a fence that is necessary to permit reasonable access to an automotive wrecking and salvage yard shall be equipped with a gate. The gate shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with the requirements of this chapter for a fence.
