§ TN.395.051. APPLICATION OF SUBCHAPTER

APPLICATION OF SUBCHAPTER. (a) This subchapter applies only to a county with a population of more than 3.3 million or a county adjacent to a county with a population of more than 3.3 million in which a municipality with a population of more than 60,000 is located.
