§ TN.394.026. REVOCATION OF PERMIT

REVOCATION OF PERMIT; APPEAL. (a) The commission may revoke a permit if the permit holder violates this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter. (b) A person whose permit is revoked may appeal the revocation not later than the 15th day after the date of the revocation. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
