§ TN.372.111. DENIAL OF MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION

DENIAL OF MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION. After a final determination that the registered owner of a motor vehicle is a habitual violator, the toll project entity may report the determination to a county assessor-collector or the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles in order to cause the denial of vehicle registration as provided by Section 502.011 . Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 491 (S.B. 1792 ), Sec. 1, eff. June 14, 2013.
