§ TN.342.102. LICENSE APPLICATION
LICENSE APPLICATION. To obtain a license to operate a ferry a person must file an application with: (1) the commissioners court of the county in which the ferry is located; or (2) if the ferry is to be operated between land in different counties, the commissioners court of the county in which the applicant resides or has the ferry house. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
