§ TN.284.068. RECONSTRUCTION OF CLOSED OR RELOCATED NONTOLL ROADS, STREETS, OR HIGHWAYS
RECONSTRUCTION OF CLOSED OR RELOCATED NONTOLL ROADS, STREETS, OR HIGHWAYS. If under this chapter a county closes or changes the location of a portion of a nontoll road, street, or highway, the county shall reconstruct the nontoll road, street, or highway at a location and in the manner the county determines will provide substantially the same access as the nontoll road, street, or highway being closed or relocated.
