§ TN.225.254. LANCE CORPORAL ARMANDO HERNANDEZ MEMORIAL BRIDGE

LANCE CORPORAL ARMANDO HERNANDEZ MEMORIAL BRIDGE. (a) The structure on State Highway 242 that passes over Interstate Highway 69 in Montgomery County is designated as the Lance Corporal Armando Hernandez Memorial Bridge. The designation is in addition to any other designation. (b) Subject to Section 225.021 (c), the department shall: (1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Lance Corporal Armando Hernandez Memorial Bridge and any other appropriate information; and (2) erect a marker at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the highway. Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 576 (H.B. 2061 ), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2025. Sec. 225.256. U.S. ARMY GARY C. AND U.S.M.C. GARY S. JOHNSTON MEMORIAL HIGHWAY. (a) The portion of State Highway 25 in Archer County between the eastern municipal limits of Archer City and the western municipal limits of Windthorst is designated as the U.S. Army Gary C. and U.S.M.C. Gary S. Johnston Memorial Highway. The designation is in addition to any other designation. (b) Subject to Section 225.021 (c), the department shall: (1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the U.S. Army Gary C. and U.S.M.C. Gary S. Johnston Memorial Highway and any other appropriate information; and (2) erect a marker at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the highway.
