§ TN.225.154. CORPORAL ROEL GARCIA MEMORIAL HIGHWAY
CORPORAL ROEL GARCIA MEMORIAL HIGHWAY. (a) The portion of U.S. Highway 281 in Brooks County between its intersection with County Road 304 and Farm-to-Market Road 755 is designated as the Corporal Roel Garcia Memorial Highway. (b) Subject to Section 225.021 (c), the department shall: (1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Corporal Roel Garcia Memorial Highway and any other appropriate information; and (2) erect a marker at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the highway. Added by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 328 (S.B. 228 ), Sec. 1, eff. May 31, 2019. (a) The portion of State Highway 35 in Matagorda County is designated as the D. R. "Tom" Uher Memorial Highway. (b) Subject to Section 225.021 (c), the department shall: (1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the D. R. "Tom" Uher Memorial Highway and any other appropriate information; and (2) erect a marker at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the highway.
