§ TN.21.114. AGENT FOR FEDERAL FUNDS

AGENT FOR FEDERAL FUNDS. (a) The department is the agent of the state and of each political subdivision of the state for the purpose of applying for, receiving, and disbursing federal funds for the benefit of a general aviation airport under federal law, including 49 U.S.C.
