§ TN.201.453. INITIATION OF INVESTIGATIONS
INITIATION OF INVESTIGATIONS. The compliance office may only initiate an investigation based on: (1) authorization from the commission; (2) approval of the director of the compliance office; (3) approval of the executive director or deputy executive director of the department; or (4) commission rules. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1345 (S.B. 1420 ), Sec. 15(a), eff. September 1, 2011.
