§ TN.201.2035. ACCOUNTING STRUCTURE

ACCOUNTING STRUCTURE. The department shall create and maintain an accounting structure for roadway and warehouse inventory of the department. The accounting structure must provide for the accounting for lost or destroyed materials. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1171, Sec. 1.37, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
