§ TN.171.153. EXERCISE OF POWERS IN OTHER COUNTIES
EXERCISE OF POWERS IN OTHER COUNTIES. The commissioners court of a county that is not in the district may authorize the district to exercise its powers in that county if that county is adjacent to a county that is in the district. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 756 (H.B. 2958 ), Sec. 1, eff. June 17, 2005.
