§ TN.1001.010. AUTHORITY TO CONTRACT
AUTHORITY TO CONTRACT. (a) The department may enter into an interlocal contract with one or more local governments in accordance with Chapter 791 , Government Code. (b) The board by rule shall adopt policies and procedures consistent with applicable state procurement practices for soliciting and awarding a contract under this section. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1290 (H.B. 2017 ), Sec. 35, eff. September 1, 2011.
