§ SD.9016.203. LIMITATION ON TAX RATE
LIMITATION ON TAX RATE. Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the projected combined operation, maintenance, and debt service tax rates as of the date of the issuance of any bonds, as described by the commission in a commission order approving the issuance of the bonds, may not exceed 65 cents for each $100 of assessed valuation of property in the district.
