§ SD.9011.054. HEARING ON PETITION

HEARING ON PETITION. The board shall order a hearing on the petition to be held at a time and on a date stated in the order and not before the 30th day after the date of the order. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166 ), Sec. 1.12, eff. April 1, 2009.
