§ SD.8888.168. STATEMENT OF AMOUNTS OF WATER TO BE DELIVERED

STATEMENT OF AMOUNTS OF WATER TO BE DELIVERED. To comply with commission rules that would require the authority to state specific amounts of water that may or will be provided to another entity receiving water from the authority, the authority may state the amount in ranges that the authority may change on prompt notification to the commission. Added by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 869 (H.B. 2803 ), Sec. 1.04, eff. April 1, 2019.
