§ SD.8873.105. PROHIBITION ON DISTRICT METERING OF CERTAIN WELLS
PROHIBITION ON DISTRICT METERING OF CERTAIN WELLS. The district may not require that a meter be placed on a well that is incapable of producing more than 25,000 gallons of groundwater per day. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 496 (S.B. 1840 ), Sec. 1, eff. June 14, 2013.
