§ SD.8801.156. APPLICATION FOR PERMIT

APPLICATION FOR PERMIT. (a) A person must submit an application to the board to obtain a permit under this chapter. (b) The application must state: (1) the name and address of the person requesting the permit; (2) the location and wellhead elevation of the well or proposed well; (3) the amount of water being withdrawn or proposed to be withdrawn; and (4) any other information necessary for the board to control and prevent subsidence in the district. (c) The board shall set a reasonable fee for processing an application. The application must be accompanied by the fee. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
