§ SD.8513.0322. OVERFLOW OR INUNDATION OF PUBLIC PROPERTY

OVERFLOW OR INUNDATION OF PUBLIC PROPERTY; RELOCATION OF ROADS. The authority may overflow and inundate any public land or public property and require the relocation of a road or highway in the manner and to the extent permitted to a district organized under general law pursuant to Section 59 , Article XVI, Texas Constitution. Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 240 (H.B. 2692 ), Sec. 1, eff. May 29, 2025.
