§ SD.8511.0207. COMPENSATION OF DIRECTORS

COMPENSATION OF DIRECTORS. (a) A director is entitled to receive an allowance in an amount not to exceed that provided under Section 49.060 , Water Code. (b) A director is not entitled to receive a per diem allowance for more than 50 days in a calendar year. (c) In all areas of conflict with this section, Section 49.060 , Water Code, takes precedence. Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 914 (H.B. 3530 ), Sec. 1.03, eff. April 1, 2023.
