§ SD.8416.001. DEFINITIONS

DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Board" means the district's board of directors. (2) "Commission" means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. (3) "Director" means a board member. (4) "District" means the Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 206. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 739 (S.B. 273 ), Sec. 1, eff. June 14, 2013.
