§ SD.8246.053. OFFICIAL ACTIONS
OFFICIAL ACTIONS; QUORUM. (a) The board shall perform official actions by resolution. (b) Two-thirds of the board constitutes a quorum for the transaction of any business of the district. (c) A majority vote of those present is sufficient in any official action, including final passage and enactment of a resolution.
