§ SD.7803.107. CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS

CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS: EXECUTION AND AVAILABILITY. (a) A construction contract must be in writing and signed by the contractor and: (1) the president and secretary of the board; or (2) a majority of the directors. (b) A copy of each construction contract shall be kept in the district's records and be subject to public inspection. (c) A construction contract must contain or have attached to it the specifications for all work included in the contract. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026 ), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2015.
