§ SD.3975.0303. RECREATIONAL FACILITIES
RECREATIONAL FACILITIES. The district may develop or finance recreational facilities as authorized by Chapter 375 , Local Government Code, Sections 52 and 52-a , Article III, Texas Constitution, Section 59 , Article XVI, Texas Constitution, and any other law that applies to the district. Added by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1257 (H.B. 4662 ), Sec. 1, eff. June 14, 2019.
