§ SD.3967.0101. DEFINITIONS

DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Board" means the district's board of directors. (2) "County" means Montgomery County. (3) "Director" means a board member. (4) "District" means the Wood Trace Management District of Montgomery County, Texas. Added by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1254 (H.B. 4644 ), Sec. 1, eff. June 14, 2019.
