§ SD.3938.110. REAL PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS
REAL PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS. (a) The district may adopt restrictions on the use of real property in the district. (b) The district may enforce restrictions on the use of real property in the district in the manner provided for a municipal utility district by Section 54.237 , Water Code. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 982 (H.B. 4154 ), Sec. 1, eff. June 19, 2015.
