§ SD.3929.302. DISSOLUTION BY CITY

DISSOLUTION BY CITY. (a) The city may dissolve the district by ordinance. (b) The city may not dissolve the district until: (1) the district's outstanding debt or contractual obligations have been repaid or discharged; or (2) the city agrees to succeed to the rights and obligations of the district, including an obligation described by Section 3929.304 . Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 978 (H.B. 3605 ), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2015.
