§ SD.3897.162. MITIGATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS
MITIGATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS. An improvement project may include the acquisition and improvement of land or other property for the mitigation of the environmental effects of an improvement project. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 656 (S.B. 1184 ), Sec. 1, eff. June 17, 2011.
