§ SD.3873.055. COSTS OF CREATION, CONFIRMATION, AND ORGANIZATION

COSTS OF CREATION, CONFIRMATION, AND ORGANIZATION. The costs necessarily incurred in the creation, confirmation, and organization of the district may be paid from the district's tax revenue or from revenue from bond anticipation notes, the first revenue bonds issued by the district, or any other source.
