§ SD.3503.007. LEGISLATIVE INTENT ON APPLICABILITY OF OTHER LAWS

LEGISLATIVE INTENT ON APPLICABILITY OF OTHER LAWS. The legislature intends that the authority shall have all power necessary to fully qualify and gain the benefits of any law that is helpful in carrying out the purposes for which the authority is created. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019 ), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2007.
