§ SD.1118.062. OTHER DISTRICT EMPLOYEES
OTHER DISTRICT EMPLOYEES. (a) The board may authorize the employment of persons necessary for the efficient operation of the district. (b) An employee serves at the will of the board and is subject to rules adopted by the board. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619 ), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2011.
