§ SD.1089.111. CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS

CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS. (a) The board may enter into construction contracts for the district. (b) The board may enter into a construction contract that involves an expenditure of more than the amount prescribed by Section 271.024 , Local Government Code, only after competitive bidding as provided by Subchapter B , Chapter 271 , Local Government Code. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619 ), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2011.
