§ SD.1078.114. CONTRACTS FOR CARE

CONTRACTS FOR CARE. The board may contract with any lessee of the district's hospital facilities or any other person to provide hospital care to needy district inhabitants for payments and under terms that the board considers to be in the district's best interests. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619 ), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2011.
