§ SD.1010.005. CORRECTION OF INVALID PROCEDURES

CORRECTION OF INVALID PROCEDURES. If a court holds that any procedure under this chapter violates the constitution of this state or of the United States, the board by resolution or order may provide an alternative procedure that conforms with the constitution.
