§ PW.77.048. INDIVIDUAL BAIT-SHRIMP TRAWL LICENSE

INDIVIDUAL BAIT-SHRIMP TRAWL LICENSE. (a) No person may possess or have on board a boat in coastal water an individual bait-shrimp trawl unless the owner of the trawl has obtained an individual bait-shrimp trawl license from the department. (b) The fee for the individual bait-shrimp trawl license is $15 or an amount set by the commission, whichever amount is more.
