§ PW.47.0182. AQUATIC PRODUCT SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS

AQUATIC PRODUCT SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS. (a) Each container of aquatic products shipped for commercial purposes must have a label attached to the outside listing the following information correctly stated and legibly written: (1) the aquatic product transportation invoice number of the shipment of which the container is a part; and (2) the kind and weight of aquatic product. (b) No person may ship finfish in individual packages that contain more than one species of aquatic life. (c) A person possessing a shipment of aquatic products in violation of Subsection (a) or (b) of this section commits an offense. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 723, Sec. 7, eff. Sept. 1, 1991.
