§ PW.46.101. LAKE TEXOMA
LAKE TEXOMA. This subchapter applies only to Lake Texoma, which is the portion of this state inundated by the water impounded by a dam across the channel of the Red River, known as Denison Dam, and any other portion of that area of land acquired by the United States for the operation of the reservoir. Acts 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1975.
