§ PW.43.522. ISSUANCE AND EXPIRATION OF CONSERVATION PERMIT
ISSUANCE AND EXPIRATION OF CONSERVATION PERMIT. (a) The department or its agent may issue a conservation permit to any person on the payment to the department or agent of a fee in an amount set by the commission. (b) A conservation permit expires on the first anniversary of the date on which it is issued. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 883, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1991. Amended by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1256, Sec. 45, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
