§ PW.31.039. PUBLIC RECORDS
PUBLIC RECORDS; FEES. Text of subsection effective until January 01, 2028 (a) Except as provided by Subsection (c), all ownership records of the department made or kept under this chapter are public records. Section 174.17; (2) the phone number, e-mail address, social security number, or taxpayer identification number of an owner of a vessel or outboard motor; and (3) any other information contained in an ownership record that is not subject to public disclosure under Chapter 552 , Government Code, or other law.
