§ PW.24.062. AUTHORITY OF LARGE COUNTY OR MUNICIPALITY TO HAVE PARKS
AUTHORITY OF LARGE COUNTY OR MUNICIPALITY TO HAVE PARKS. This subchapter does not authorize a large county or municipality to acquire, develop, maintain, or operate a park, recreational area, open space area, or natural area.
