§ PW.22.085. REVERSION OF TITLE

REVERSION OF TITLE; MINERAL RESERVATION. (a) If the state ceases to use the General Ignacio Zaragoza Birthplace or the Mission of San Rosario as park land, all right, title, and interest shall revert to Goliad County.
