§ PW.11.037. STATE LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION ACCOUNT
STATE LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION ACCOUNT. (a) The state land and water conservation account is a separate account in the general revenue fund. (b) The department may deposit in the state land and water conservation account any revenue received from the federal government or any other source for the purpose of administering programs authorized under Sections 13.301 through 13.311 of this code. (c) The state land and water conservation account may be used for paying the cost of planning, acquisition, operation, and development of outdoor recreation and conservation resources of the state and the administrative expenses incident to the projects or programs authorized under Sections 13.301 through 13.311 of this code.
