§ PW.11.034. GAME, FISH, AND WATER SAFETY ACCOUNT EXPENDITURES
GAME, FISH, AND WATER SAFETY ACCOUNT EXPENDITURES. All expenditures of the department from the game, fish, and water safety account must be approved by the director. The comptroller shall draw a warrant on the state treasury from the game, fish, and water safety account for the amount of the expenditure in favor of the person claiming the expenditure.
