§ PR.94.102. SECURITY DEPOSIT PERMITTED
SECURITY DEPOSIT PERMITTED. (a) At the time the tenant executes the initial lease agreement, the landlord may require a security deposit. (b) The landlord shall keep accurate records relating to security deposits. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 801, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2002.
