§ PR.82.054. DESCRIPTION OF UNITS
DESCRIPTION OF UNITS. A description of a unit is a sufficient legal description of the unit and all rights, obligations, and interests appurtenant to the unit that were created by the declaration or bylaws if the description contains: (1) the name of the condominium; (2) the recording data for the declaration, including any amendments, plats, and plans; (3) the county in which the condominium is located; and (4) the identifying number of the unit. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 244, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1994.
