§ PR.81.107. INTERESTS IN COMMON ELEMENTS

INTERESTS IN COMMON ELEMENTS. An owner of an apartment in a condominium regime shares ownership of the regime's common elements with the other apartment owners. An apartment owner may use the common elements according to their intended purposes, as expressed in the plat, declaration, or bylaws of the condominium regime, without interfering with the rights of the other apartment owners.
