§ PR.301.069. GIFTS AND GRANTS

GIFTS AND GRANTS. (a) The commission may accept gifts and grants from any public or private source for administering this chapter. (b) Gifts and grants received shall be deposited to the credit of the fair housing fund in the state treasury. (c) Money deposited to the credit of the fund may be used only for administering this chapter. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 40, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
