§ PR.201.012. MULTIPLE FILING
MULTIPLE FILING; COMPUTATION OF FILING DATE. For purposes of this chapter, an instrument required to be filed with the clerk of more than one county is considered filed on the date on which the last required filing is made. Added by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 309, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
