§ PE.19.05. CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE

CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE. (a) A person commits an offense if he causes the death of an individual by criminal negligence. (b) An offense under this section is a state jail felony.
